- Short Breaks: Enjoy a minimum 3-night stay (Friday or Monday start) throughout most of the year.
- School Holiday Stays: 7-night stays starting on Friday are available during school holidays.
- Late Availability: Keep an eye out for late availability deals on shorter breaks and alternative start days.
- Contact us: Don't see your ideal dates? Contact us and we'll add you to our waiting list or explore alternative options to accommodate your requirements.
Cottage Information:
- Capacity: Our cottages comfortably accommodate up to 33 guests plus infants.
- Pet-Friendly Options: Most cottages welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (must be booked in advance). Leat Cottage and The Granary are pet-free.
- Payment Options: We accept debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

Check-In & Arrival:
- Standard Check-In: 4 pm onwards (unless pre-arranged).
- Early Check-In: Limited availability for 2 pm check-in (request at booking or 7 days prior). Charges apply (£20-£50).
